MCISC

Mornington Community Information and Support Centre is a community based, not-for-profit association providing information, referral and support services to local residents.

When MCISC approached us, they were running two separate websites: one for support services, and one for tourism. Both looked outdated and were difficult to navigate. There was also little connection between the two websites.

The redesign covered merging both websites together, in a way that kept information grouped together but easy to access. People visit MCISC for different needs, but all go through the same entrance points – whether in person or online. The website now reflects this, with both the community services and tourism sections clearly defined and accessible from the same page.

The redesigned website included creating a new tourism directory, with detailed information about each business – something that was lacking before.

“We are thrilled with the new website. It is just so clean, clear, bright and so very professional. It was a challenge to combine two old websites into one functional website, and through lots of brainstorming and persistence we came up with the perfect solution. The new website is modern, fresh, and informative, meeting all the needs of MCISC. It was a much bigger project at this end than we though it would be, so we are grateful for your flexibility and understanding.”
