Not sure how the design process works? It isn’t as scary or complicated as you might think!
We keep it simple and get you involved in every step of the process, so your input is heard and you always know how your project is progressing.
Where possible, we organise to meet with you to discuss your design and brand requirements. At your business premises or at our studio, either is fine.
At this meeting, we often ask lots of questions so we ensure we know what you would like to achieve, and what outcomes you are looking for.
After the meeting, we write up an official design brief along with a quote, so we know we have the details correct and that you know what you will receive.
After a design brief is approved, we get started on the concept development. Depending on what the project is, we normally do between 1-3 concepts – which is outlined in the design brief and quote.
Refinement and Changes
Each project includes two rounds of changes, giving you time to check over all details, content and photos, and helping us refine the design for your approval.
Once the design project artwork is finalised, an artwork sign-off form is sent to you with a digital proof of the artwork. This form confirms you are happy with the artwork, and completes the project. Final artwork is then provided to you, or the artwork is sent to be printed.
After artwork has been sent to the printers, we let you know an estimated timeframe for delivery. If you are local we deliver personally, if you’re a little further away we call on the courier, and if you’re interstate we prefer using registered post.
